Competitive Referral Fees Standard referral fees offered upon request of the following: 25% on properties $150k-$300k 30% on properties $300,001-$450,000 35% on properties $450,001+ In the event that you find another Realtor who offers better referral fees, with >100 transactions of experience and >10 5/5 reviews (both of which I have), I may be willing to match a higher referral fee on a case by case basis with an individual referral.
