In 2020 (which resulted in 2021 awards) I was in the top 3% of Hampton Roads buyer's agents & top 8% of agents in Hampton Roads in overall volume.

Silver: 2022 (for $150,000-$219,999 in gross commission income or 36+ sales)

Caveat:

My goal is excellence with those that I serve above sales volume. I could spend a year without a sale working hard to grow my future business. For instance, the time spent building this website has resulted in excellent resources for the buyers and sellers I serve, while few buyers and sellers have actually found me from my website. My ability to assist buyers and sellers has only increased since 2020 which resulted in my 2021 awards, but my focus has shifted to a higher focus on long-term goals including being able to publish more information for buyers and sellers so that those I serve are better able to make the best decisions.
